Groups we have moved

Modern, air-conditioned and inspected — the same standard whether it is fourteen people or fifty-six.

Executive transport for small teams and airport runs. Leather seating, luggage racks, door to door.

The most-booked size in the GTA. Coach comfort in a bus that still handles downtown Toronto streets and tight venue driveways.

The workhorse for long-distance charters and big groups. Reclining seats, on-board washroom and a full luggage bay underneath.
Same fleet, same vetted drivers — planned around what your day actually needs.
Hotel to ceremony to reception, on a loop that runs until last call.
Office to site, shift runs and park-and-ride — daily or a one-off.
Pearson and Billy Bishop, with the luggage space to match the headcount.
Field trips, tournaments and campus tours with vetted drivers.
Hotel to venue and back, on a schedule that holds all day.
Niagara Falls, Blue Mountain, Muskoka, casinos — driver waits on site.
Executive Sprinters for when the people matter more than the seat count.
Base-camp transport and background holding, billed by the day.
The vehicle is the easy part. What actually decides whether a day runs smoothly is the plan around it — and that changes completely depending on why you're moving people.

A wedding shuttle is really three jobs in one: getting guests from the hotel block to the ceremony, moving everyone to the reception, and running late returns for people who leave at different times. We plan it as a loop rather than a single trip, so nobody is standing in a parking lot in formal wear.
We know the venue side of it too — where a 56-seat coach can actually turn around at Casa Loma or the Distillery District, which Niagara and Prince Edward County wineries need a smaller mini coach on the approach road, and which downtown Toronto hotels will let a bus stage on the street versus in the porte-cochère.

Corporate work in the GTA is mostly two things: recurring staff shuttles and one-off company days. The shuttles tend to be park-and-ride from a GO station or a satellite lot into an office or plant, running the same route every weekday. The one-offs are offsites, plant tours, holiday parties and client roadshows.
Either way the requirements are the same — the bus is there before the first person arrives, the invoice matches the quote, and someone answers the phone if a shift runs long. We can bill against a PO and hold a standing schedule for contract work.

Toronto Pearson (YYZ) is the one most groups need. Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 both have designated coach zones, and a driver who knows which one your airline uses will save the group twenty minutes of walking with luggage. Billy Bishop (YTZ) is tighter — a mini coach or Sprinter is usually the right call downtown.
We watch the flight number rather than the scheduled time, so a delayed arrival doesn't mean a bus that left without you. For departures we build in buffer for the 401 and 427, which is where airport runs actually go wrong.

Field trips inside the GTA are short runs with a lot of moving parts — the ROM, the Ontario Science Centre, Ontario Place, the AGO, Canada's Wonderland in Vaughan, Black Creek Pioneer Village. The distances are small; the coordination is not. We plan around bell schedules and the reality that a class of thirty does not load in five minutes.
Every driver on a school charter is vetted and carries a valid licence and abstract. Full-size coaches have three-point belts; school buses are the budget option for short in-city runs where a coach is more vehicle than the trip needs.

Teams travel with gear, and gear is what most quotes forget. A hockey or football roster needs the full luggage bay, sometimes a trailer, and a driver who won't blink at loading bags at 5am outside an arena in Whitby. Tournament weekends usually mean multiple days, several venues and a schedule that changes once you're in it.
We can hold the same vehicle and driver for a whole tournament so the team isn't re-explaining the plan every morning, and we handle overnight stays for anything outside the GTA.

Niagara Falls is the classic day out of Toronto — roughly ninety minutes each way, which leaves a full day at the falls and the wineries without anyone needing to drive home afterwards. Blue Mountain, Muskoka, St. Jacobs, Prince Edward County and the outlet malls all work as single-day charters too.
On a day trip the driver stays with the group rather than dropping and disappearing, so the bus is available for the whole itinerary — including the unplanned extra stop that always happens.

Convention shuttles live or die on headway. If delegates learn the bus comes every fifteen minutes, they stop worrying about it. We run published schedules between hotel blocks and the venue — the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Enercare Centre, Beanfield Centre, or a campus — and scale the number of vehicles to the peak, not the average.
For multi-day events we keep the same drivers on the route so they learn the loading points and the delegates recognise the faces.

Congregation outings, community centre trips and retirement residence excursions are among the most regular work we do, and the most requirement-heavy. Accessibility is usually the deciding factor: how many mobility devices, whether a lift is needed, and how long the walk from the door to the vehicle actually is.
Tell us the number of wheelchairs or walkers when you enquire and we'll spec a lift-equipped bus with the right number of securement stations rather than discovering the problem on the morning.
When a bus is late, nobody blames the bus — they blame whoever booked it. Everything below exists so that never lands on you.
Every operator we dispatch is commercially licensed, CVOR-rated and insured. Your people are not going out with whoever quoted cheapest that morning.
The number we quote is the number invoiced. HST included, gratuity never added, no fuel surcharge appearing after the trip.
A human who knows your booking answers the phone — not a queue, and not a form that disappears into nothing.
Never shared, never a seat sold beside your group. Your driver, your schedule, your stops, start to finish.
No card to get a quote and nothing owed until you say yes — so you can take the number to finance first. Free cancellation up to 72 hours before.
Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and beyond — drivers who plan around the traffic, not through it.
Great experience from start to finish. The bus arrived on time, was clean, and the driver was professional.
We rented a bus for a family event in Toronto. Booking was easy and everything went exactly as planned.
Excellent service. The driver was friendly, punctual, and made the entire trip stress-free.
The City of Toronto plus four regional municipalities — twenty-five cities and towns, about seven million people. We cover all of it.
The Greater Toronto Area isn't just Toronto. It's the city itself — including Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, York and East York — together with the regions of Peel, York, Durham and Halton. That's twenty-five separate municipalities, each with its own traffic patterns, venue rules and pickup realities. Add Hamilton and you have what planners call the GTHA; we go there too.
The core and the former municipalities amalgamated into it in 1998. Tight streets downtown, so vehicle size matters more here than anywhere else in the GTA.
West of Toronto and home to Pearson airport. Mississauga and Brampton generate more corporate shuttle work than anywhere else in the GTA.
North of the city, from Vaughan up to Lake Simcoe. Wedding and banquet-hall work is heaviest here, especially around Vaughan and Markham.
East along the 401 and up into the countryside. Long runs into Toronto, so an early pickup usually beats fighting the westbound morning traffic.
The western edge, running down to the lake. Convenient for trips heading toward Niagara, Hamilton and the U.S. border.
Not technically the GTA, but on our regular runs. Charters starting anywhere above will happily finish in any of these.
Don't see your city? Ask anyway — if it's within a reasonable drive of the GTA, we almost certainly cover it.
The routes we run most often, with typical one-way drive times. Traffic on the 400-series decides the rest — we plan departures around it rather than pretending it isn't there.
Or just call us. Either way it takes under a minute.
Tell us the date, the headcount and where you're going — you get an exact number, HST in.
Happy? We lock the vehicle in. Not? Nothing is owed and nothing was charged.
It depends on the size of the vehicle, how long you need it and how far you're going — there is no honest one-size answer. Most charters carry a three-hour minimum. Tell us the date, the headcount and the route and we'll price it on the call: one number, HST in, with fuel, tolls and driver hours already counted.
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. Weddings, prom season and long weekends book out two to three months ahead. We do fill same-day and next-day requests when a vehicle is free — call and we'll check live availability.
Every city in the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Newmarket and Caledon. We also run charters from the GTA to Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Montreal and U.S. destinations.
Yes. Every bus for rent here comes with a licensed, insured professional driver. We don't rent buses for self-driving.
Driver hours, fuel, tolls, standard parking and HST. The only things billed after the trip are extra hours you request on the day, and any damage or excessive cleaning.
Food and non-alcoholic drinks, yes. Alcohol is only permitted with a valid Special Occasion Permit and advance approval, and never on school charters.
Yes — lift-equipped vehicles with two to four securement stations. Give us 48 hours' notice where possible so we can assign the right unit.
Yes. Charters regularly run from the GTA to Niagara Falls, Hamilton, Barrie, Kitchener-Waterloo, Peterborough, Ottawa, Montreal and across the border into New York State. A trip that starts anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area can finish more or less anywhere we can legally drive.
Count heads, then add luggage. Up to 14 people with bags is a Sprinter; 15 to 32 is a mini coach; anything above that is a full-size coach. If you're near a boundary — say 34 people — tell us and we'll advise, because two mini coaches sometimes work better than one coach when the venue has a tight approach.
Yes. Multi-stop itineraries are normal for weddings, tournaments and tours. Send us the stops when you enquire so the schedule is built around them rather than improvised on the day, and the driver stays with the group throughout.
We do. For overnight trips the driver stays with the group, and legal hours-of-service limits apply — a driver cannot be on duty indefinitely, so a genuinely long itinerary may need a second driver. We'll tell you upfront if yours does.
Yes — daily staff shuttles, park-and-ride from GO stations, and shift runs are a large part of what we do across Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton. Contract routes are held on a standing schedule and invoiced against a PO.
Commercially licensed professionals working for CVOR-rated, insured operators. Every driver on a school or youth charter carries a current abstract and background check. You get your driver's name and number the day before the trip.
Dispatch is live around the clock and works with a network of GTA operators, so a replacement vehicle is sourced rather than the trip being cancelled. You'll hear from a person, not a voicemail.
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. Inside 72 hours the deposit is retained; inside 24 hours the full charter is billed. Written confirmation comes with every booking.
Tell us the date and the headcount and we'll price it on the call. Nothing is charged, nothing is committed — you'll simply have a real figure to work with.
